BB BEADS : PROJECT
CYMBYO : Organic intersection between toy, tool, and emotional support object.
GOAL : To create and share a sensory learning tools for childhood development, including neurodivergent individuals who benefit from meaningful, non-disruptive strategies to support regulation and focus.
FUNCTION: The tool invites active and passive exploration. The mobile beads and magnetic components can be directly interacted with by the user, or the magnets will fluidly reconfigure themselves into new dynamic forms through natural motion. Thus, illustrating principals of attraction, spatial awareness, and rediscovery.
The receptive components allow for relief, inquisitiveness, and creativity--- all through touch.
